INdependent EURopean OPticians (INEUROP) was founded in 2016.
INEUROP is a Dutch registered company fully owned by the six independent optical groups (see members). We collectively represent more than 4.500 independent opticians in Europe. All INEUROP entities work solely with independent optician stores in each of their respective countries or regions. Therefore, we will only influence and advice our members but we will never force any initiative to be implemented within the business. However, we have proven track records with successfully motivating our members through specifically targeted incentive programs that align our common interests.
INEUROP wants to help its members to strengthen their shops' competitiveness through optimization of purchase prices and development of their private label portfolio, based on long-term strategic and innovative collaborations with leading suppliers. Through the members, we want to be close to their shops to help optimizing their operations, their clinical competence, and their market position. Together with the shops and the suppliers, we want to develop new solutions and share best practices to create better experiences for the consumers, and thereby make them ambassadors for the shops.
