Our Goal
Optitrade Retailgroep was established almost 40 years ago. Our goal is to strengthen the position of independent opticians and hearing care professionals in the local market in the Netherlands.
We have developed a wide range of services that helps the independent entrepreneurs with their business. They decide by themselves which services they want to use, so that we can deliver the best support for their business.

When I started working for Optitrade, we we’re missing a way to share knowledge within the optics and audiology market at an international level. That’s why INEUROP was founded in 2016. Over the years InEurop has grown into a valuable platform for independent opticians and hearing care professionals. By sharing data such as anonymised market figures, we gain European insights and strengthen and achieve common goals.

For Optitrade it is important to share knowledge in order to stimulate growth for the independent optics and audiology market. We strengthen our members by offering various services and allow them to choose which services best support their wants and needs. In order to best service our members we broaden our horizons by exchanging information at an European level. This exchange is therefore extremely valuable for our organisation. I’ve been a part of InEurop from the beginning and since then a lot has changed in how our members conduct business. With a combined network of more than 4000 independent shops, INEUROPE is able to see what is happening on a large scale in the optics and audiology market. Together we strengthen the position of independent opticians and hearing care professionals in Europe.
